Adam Shilobod

MSCE, Owner, Technology Guru

Adam began in the industry while still in college at IUP working in a university computer lab. Before founding InTech in 2006, he worked for several small businesses who provided IT services & staffing, including working several years on a contract with the U.S. Army managing a network over 5 military bases.

Adam’s passion is Systems Administration and Network Engineering. “Because each business is different, each solution is unique. I love designing best-fit solutions for my clients.”


What are you doing when you’re not delivering innovative solutions to clients?
Volunteering with the Westmoreland Rotary, spending time with my family, working on my ’93 Mustang.

Leia Shilobod

Owner, IT Princess of Power

Leia began her business career at 16 working with her father coordinating his annual conventions for his trade association. She earned a degree in Psychology from IUP and worked in human services for several years before starting her first business at 23. Then her husband Adam’s zeal to build an awesome IT company inspired her to join his cause and since its inception, Leia has had the IT-bug.

What are you doing when you’re not ruling the IT world?
Volunteering with the Greensburg Rotary, the Westmoreland-Chestnut Ridge Chapter of the Red Cross, mentoring women in Alpha Sigma Alpha’s Alpha Gamma Chapter at IUP, or speaking on malware, business networking, and psychological principles in the workplace.


What electronic device would you be lost without?
My Droid! It syncs my life to my phone so I can access any information anywhere!


Favorite place to hang out?
When I want to be social: a great tapas place with friends & wine. When I want to be alone: on the couch with my husband.

Adam was born with the IT troubleshooter’s mind. InTech saw that rare quality & scooped him up. Adam graduated with a degree in Accounting from St. Vincent College and often acted as a technology advisor to his friends and family. Now he enjoys serving business clients…

What are you doing when you’re not delivering passionate support to clients?
I help my mom with her natural health business, and my brother with The Pain Treatment & Wellness Center, as well as work on TriggerPointProducts.com. On Friday nights, I bowl in a league. I also like to spend time with my family and friends and travel whenever I get a chance to go somewhere new.


What electronic device would you be lost without?
I would be totally lost without is my phone. Not just any phone, but my iPhone!
